Pet Specs?

I'm curious as to what talent specs other hunters give their pets. Like how would you all spec out a wolf or bear?

Wolf - BM
Wolf - Non-BM

Bear - BM
Bear - Non-BM

As for the Bear one, the BM I assume you'll be using for grinding/farming/etc, so it's based more on pet survivability.  I can't honestly think of a real good reason to have a bear when you're not spec'd BM, tho, but if you know your group will need a pinch off-tank in a 5man...
