PVP: Love it, hate, apathetic?

Which applies to you?

Love Arenas. It's just my team against another, and all that matters is skill. Oh, and gear. I don't care that Blizzard is failing at making this an eSport and has ruined PVE and open world PVP balance, it's Arena all the way.

Love Battlegrounds. A mass of Horde slaughtering the Alliance in the pursuit of a common goal is where it's at. I don't care that people AFK their way to cheap epics or that the maps are exploitable. It's all about the BGs.
4 (19%)
Open world PVP. No goals other than the slaughter of the enemy and the taunting of their fallen. Never mind there is no balance and griefing is the order of the day. It's "World" of Warcraft.

Hate PVP. I know it's "World of Warcraft". I'm a carebear.

Open world PvP is where it's at.  I find there is more thrill in it.  If you've ever played on a pvp server, you know what I'm talking about.

While I do enjoy the occasional Arena, and Battlegrounds/Wintergrasp are fun, I much prefer ransacking an enemy town or ganking the sap that just came out of a BG in the middle of Sholazar.

I must admit that open world PvP is ultimately my favorite. However, I DO like forming up an HDL farm team and hitting the battlegrounds almost as much.

When I still did PvP, I preferred outdoor. PvP was at its greatest pre-honor, when you killed for enjoyment, and where Blackrock mountain was the first true battleground.
Rule #1: Nobody is your friend.
Rule #2: Do not feel sorry for anybody.
Rule #3: Do not trust anybody.
Rule #4: Nobody can help you.
Rule #5: You gotta look good.

This, and the Battle for Hillsbrad.  I remember doing quests in the Hinterlands (before there was a Revantusk Village), starting out at Tarren Mill.  Almost every time we'd land to run over to the zone there'd be some PvP going on, and just had to get involved.

on my first server i hit TM right around the 15th day of public wow, TM and southshore were a constant battle ground everyday after that until BGs came out and ruined wow.

Open world PVP is fun, I also enjoy the battlegrounds, I haven't done much arena but I'd love to try!

The Carebear option commits you to hate PvP though.

You can't be apathetic about PVP. You can only love it or hate it.
