In this same vein, there's a pizza/sub shop that originated in NJ called Neubies.  They have lunch trucks that frequent all of the colleges in the central NJ area that sell "fat sandwiches".  Their flagship sub is the "Fat Darrell", which consists of chicken fingers, french fries, mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce on a hoagie/sub roll.  Was voted America's Best Sandwich one year.
