Add-on Trouble.

I tried updating my add-ons such as DBM, Pally power and a couple others that I use and when I tried logging back into Wow they were not showing up on my add-ons list. I tried deleting and redownloading and restarting my system and that did not work. I tried deleting my WTF, cache and interface folders and restarted my system. Still nothing.. I was just wondering if anyone else was having an issue like this or someone have some advice for me to try out?

Ensure that they are not considered out of date by the game.

I extract all of my addon downloads into a desktop folder "AddOns Backup" and then copy and paste the files/folders into the Addons folder of WoW.  Then I put all updated addons and WTF folder onto a flash drive out of paranoia

The add-ons are not even showing up in my add-ons list. I have tried downloading and extracting straight to the add-ons folder and outside the folder and putting them in but neither are working.
