Thats quite neat.  What would be cool would be the ability to click on a class/spec and see a list of the people along with their DPS numbers that you could click again, and see how they did it on a raid.

Note that you can change it from the 25M to 10M, and to display Healer HPS or Tank DPS.

One should also consider the variance when doing any analysis.
