None of my keys are bound hence the mousing to cast for everything.

Edit: More info as requested. This is captured using the World of Warcraft Mac application with a default option available to that OS client. You have the option of flipping on UI capture (as I have done), mouse moves, and so on. It is one key to start capture and another to stop. You can also hit the same key again to immediately stop and start compression - in this case, I have my default set to h.264.

Well in the interest of those of us who dont sleep with our Macs at night..

I used FRAPS, pretty straightforward.  GameCamV2 is much niceer,but the trial sucks.

My latest UI after stripping all of them out and installing again. The buttons are not in any order as I was testing Parrot and my macros. I placed every spell I use in combat and groups with the exception of Protection spells.
