I was just wondering what kind of gear I need to be looking to get. Am I looking for spell power....mana regen, and so on. I think that I am actually following Flambe's spec. I also know that I am not 80 yet so I don't have all the points yet to get the best in slot gear LOL. Just looking for some more information to make my mage better.
Spell power - no need for MP5.
spell power > crit > Haste > int/spi

Here is another question for all you uber mages out there. What kind of gems should we new mages be stacking in our gear?
I almost always go for pure spell power except for what I need to activate my meta

I personally like to up my haste as well for my spec... but that's just me.
So gem for spell and enchant for haste?
That sounds good. Also if you find some nice +haste gear naturally... roll on it!
