I was doing some research about Shamans, because I am leveling one, and ran across this. I was figuring about doing elemental as offspec, to rotate between enhance for melee or ele for ranged. One of the things I noticed in the thread is that it recommends using Chain Lightning sometimes to fill in times between Flame Shock/Lava Burst. Chain Lightning, while it costs a hefty amount more mana, also provides a larger amount of damage.
Perhaps the rotation should be FS, LvB, LB, LB, CL, FS, etc?
That could work, though it really depends on how much haste you have what the timing winds up being
