First of all, the guy who did Uru's voice in Chaos Wars is hilarious. Second, if Animal Soccer World is available anywhere on the internet, consider it purchased. I will turn it into the greatest drinking game of all time.
EDIT: CURSE YOU, UK ONLY PAL FORMAT RELEASE. The only question that remains is how I would go about playing a PAL format game on an American PS2. There must be adapters. HDL I'm calling for official technical /b/lackup!
Buy a NTSC/PAL dual mode TV, duh. Get your local military buddy to buy one.
Mod chip is the first thing that springs to mind, since the only difference between a NA region PS2 and a European one would be hardware, I'd bet there's sites out there on the world wide interwebs where you can get a mod chip that would allow you to play PAL games on a US PS2, but I dunno...

You'd probably have to install it yourself and if the PS2 was expensive/cutting edge anymore I'd give you the same speech I give everyone who tries to mod their consoles, you'll void your warranty, you can't play online with them (although this one claims you can toggle it off so you can), and if you don't install it right you can fuck up your PS2. So the question becomes how bad do you want to play Animal Soccer World and would you be willing to stream yourself playing it somehow so that I can watch and giggle maniacally?
