Duh!  It will be as close to the holiday as possible so the least amount of people will be in the offices/server farms to fix things. :)

I run through forums and wow news stuff regularly, and as of now... no one really knows. I did read a Blue post the other day (~ 23rd) that people shouldn't worry too much about having issues with the background downloader being slow because they had a month plus to get the content on their machines.

Yeah, I've been scouring (sp?) the 'net for information, but every where I look information is "not official". The upcoming 10 hour maintenance period and the "final stage of testing" as far as the PTR goes is leaning towards tomorrow (Tuesday) being the day. Guess we will see!

I'm up in Philly all day. Should be back between 2000 and 2100. I'll SMS Ian if I'm late, so you guys won't be waiting on me.

I suspect the realms will be crashy as usual. If so, Random Daily Heroic here I come!
