Sorry Sorry Sorry I have not been on in the last few days, I am having a problem with comcast, my internet and cable is out, yet theyre saying nothing is wrong with it and wont send anyone out.....I finally bitched about getting rid of them so hopefully i will be on soon, b/c someone should be out today........i miss you guys =(
Comcast went down in my area last night also. Luckily for me, they were quick to recognize it and get a tech on it late last night and it's resolved this morning. Hope yours gets back on soon! ;)
If you guys have issues with Comcast, do the following:
* Note the time and length of the outage, and whether it's intermittent or persistent.
* If you use Twitter, get on there and send a message to @comcastcares.
* If not, send me a PM, and I'll get it to the team. I'll need to know your address, billing phone number, and name.
* ENSURE everything else is solid - cabling, outside connections, and modem. If you live in an apartment building or other shared residence, in all likelihood it's not a Comcast problem at all.

I will definitely keep this in mind next time I have an issue. I know my issue last night was on Comcast 'cause I called their support after trouble-shooting my home equipment only to get an automated message that there was a service interruption in my area for both 'net and television. Good to know this info, though, also.
I DO live in an apt. I dont know what the deal was or is. I turned the tv on this morning like i usually do and it was on, and the lights were all on on my modem sooooo I am assuming its ok. I dont know if it was my end or their end or if it was a payment issue or what, Id hope not I always pay them on time. So, I SHOULD be on tonight. and if it was a problem having to do with the apt, well thank god im moving in a few months back to sterling in a HOUSE where I know Comcast is ok. :D
