Dave!'s bet - he can shoot a 2" group at 20 yards with my .45 ACP and shoot a 3" group at 15 yards with my .38 Special with +P ammo. In the latter case, he will not use the Crimson Trace laser I put on it. (I don't use it either since it seems to distract the other shooters.)
The wager is for a month of World of Warcraft play time. I have no idea if he is a good shot. Just an excuse to make another range buddy.
really makes me want to get a pistol permit and a pistol. I haven't been shooting in ages.
Going down, punk!

The only person you have to outperform is yourself.
Dave! and I will be posting photos of the targets. To be fair, I will post my craptastic shooting:

First shots out of the .45 - low and to the left flyer, corrected, low and to right, and then pounded the rest of the 12 rounds down.
Yesterday was really bad.

Low and to the left, off the paint. Low and to the right - way off the paint. A few everywhere as I tried to correct, then said fuck it. That's 28 rounds, mostly consistently low in the same spot.
I didn't take photos of my .38 Special +P as I was where I wanted to be there.
Went shooting yesterday with a friend and his dad yesterday. Brought along my Garand, SKS, RIA 1911 and XD9SC. Fun times, terrible groups but fun times regardless lol.
My XD SC 9mm is a great gun to shoot and for concealment. Always surprised at how accurate it is for a small handgun.

I just made a batch of Heartseeker Scopes on Zem. I'll hook you up.
