It's retarded that the 1-80 heirlooms are still 2000+ JP.

The only thing they really needed to add was a shield, and there's still no shield?

1-80 you can tank with the regular heirloom items just fine if you have tanking items 70-80 in the non-heirloom slots.  The hard part to fill in is the shield.
