Title: Gnomestompers anti-spam group

Currently composed of: Acree, Breyon, Capuloclavo, Fleas (!). Ian, Skippy, Tessekai, and wildcard. This group can delete posts and topics, delete users, and manage the ban list. Other volunteers to help would be appreciated.

I deleted a slew of bad accounts both within SMF and on the database itself. There is always a risk I get someone I should not have, so if a member complains, please let me know.

Funnily enough, a large number of the registrations were from a Comcast IP address.
