I will try this for a bit. Looks like it will mean zero downtime come Wrath leveling.
Also looking at this build (http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=IbxrbxrhoV0oZbxfzsgoA0sM) for even less downtime.
I think I'll go with a build like my current one so I'm still raid viable. I have minimal to no downtime when grinding, so it should be good for leveling. I also solo'd most of my leveling to 70 with a very similar build.
Now if they would just make the vw a little bit more durable, then it'll be like 60-70 all over again.
I'll be 100% raid viable with that build.
Wasn't saying you wouldn't be. :)

Probably at least close to what my build will be for leveling.

Probably pretty close to what I will do at 80. Actually I'm considering a respec right now because some of the changes I made I can do now.
Hmm changed around my current build a little. Thinking about testing this one out.

Voidwalker: Health increased by 20%, Damage increased by 16%. The amount of attack power the Voidwalker gains from its master's spell damage has been increased by 45%.
Just want I asked for.

I purposely used the BC calculator, as I was toying with a new build for right now.

Well, this is the 3.x thread....

I have not made up my mind with regard to Affliction or Demonology. I might have to try both.

I'm still Affl/Dest and it's working alright for leveling.
Couple of things that might make you go "WTF", like the lack of Grim Reach. I usually open with a Shadow Bolt or Immolate, which has extended range from Destructive Reach. So I'm usually dot'n the mobs up as they're running at me and they are usually stopped within my affliction range by my Void Walker. I grabbed Shadowfury just for shits and giggles at first, but it has turned out to be an excellent escape tactic or finishing move for a group of mobs. It also gives me time to step back and bandage up in situations where I'm low on health fighting multiple mobs. I am constantly healing from Siphon Life, and Soul Leach which procs alot for me because I am throwing alot of shadow bolts.
As a tip for warlocks leveling past 70 and not using a Demonology spec. The Void Walker's agro generation is severly lacking until you get to level 73. I couldn't put more than two dots and then drain life without pulling agro. I'm guessing the Fel Guard would have been much better for 70-72 than the Void Walker, not to say it isn't better for 73-80 also. Once at 73 the Void Walker learns a new Torment and holds agro much much better. At level 75 I am able to fully dot up a mob and also throw shadow bolts at it without pulling agro. The Void Walker's Suffering is still lacking however and isn't very effective at regaining agro from multiple mobs. Suffering does work for initial pulls of course, and can hold against one maybe two dots. I've found that while pulling multiple mobs, it is very effective to switch the Void Walker's target from mob to mob periodicly. Of course some might consider this technique Warlock 101 but I though I'd put it out there in case some forgot, like I did at first because I hadn't used the Void Walker in so long.
Some things to look forward to ...
At level 75 you gain Shadowflame, which is a low powered instant cast destruction spell. It looks like a purple Dragon's Breath. Does around 500-600 dmg to all targets in front of you and last a few seconds. Like Dragon's Breath, you can move around while casting it and hit multiple areas. It's an excellent finisher to that really close fight where you're really low on health and the mob is about to die.
Are you intending to get Chaos Bolt?
Shadowfury is a PVP talent - think about another point in Aftermath (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=18120)?
If you're going for PVE DPS, drop Aftermath and pick up Molten Core (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=47247). Also max out Improved Immolate (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=17834). There is some discussion that a fire mage warlock should drop Improved Shadow Bolt (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=17803) for full build of Fire and Brimstone (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=47270). Having looked at the numbers, I am leaning toward trusting these reports (some from folks on EJ and 25th November) as with correct spell rotation your fire damage goes from burst to a constant high rate.
Might as well jack up Soul Leech (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=30296) if you're looking for a health return. At least one more point, IMO.
If you want to be raid DPS built, pick up Conflagrate (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=47829). You may also want to consider Demonic Power (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=18127) and Empowered Imp (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=47223) since using an imp in raids as DPS is now viable. Again, data from EJ and other places indicates that this moves your DPS up quite a few notches in PVE.
