Why do you want to join [HDL]? I pick up some keywords in your recruiting message, something about casual, raid and boobs.
If you are in a guild, why are you leaving? For the same reason kids leave their parents at one point. That said I was not in a guild.

Addendum, 22 Dec 2008 - we are very full on DPS builds. If you are DPS, you will be on a longer rotation schedule than our tanks and healers.
You are headed to run an instance with non-guildies when you spot a flagged gnome. What is the proper course of action: 1) Ignore the gnome and head to the instance, 2) Send a message to the guild of your find. flag immediately, and kill the gnome, leaving the PUG to wait, or 3) neither. If you selected 3, what course of action would you take?
3) I would flag myself, pretend I'm about own the gnome, pop up the power shield, and fear his hidden rogue friend nearby (because experienced pvp'er know that gnomes are used as bait by alliance all the time) then I would dot the rogue, Mind control the gnome and heart him back to his tavern. Return and dot the rogue some more so he can't stealth. Finish him off with 2 slap on the face macro. Hug his corpse (for the achievement) Canibalize him. Then say to the PUG "Sorry I was afk, were where we?"

Nope I'm planning to go Holy/Disc anyway at 80. Been Shadow since level 10. I have xp with healing raid group as well, I was a healadin for 2 years pre-BC and my former ally guild down every 40-man instance (save the original Naxx) so it's just going back to old shoes for me.
