WotLK - the way it should evolve

Article on wowinsider actually sparked me to write down some thoughts I have on the way WotLK should progress.

Arthas should counter-attack the Alliance and Horde, and smash us into oblivion. His forces should obliterate the site of the Tournament, take down the zeppelins, and push forces to the gates of Icecrown. The city of Dalaran should be under assault.
The Wrathgate should be under heavy assault by all forces, with Wyrms and Scourge locked in battle.
There should for Scourge somewhere in the Old World, attacking Alliance and Horde alike.

Then escalate with Stormwind under attack. Have Thrall go to help Jaina, and Garosh takes over. Seeing the Alliance weakened, he moves against an Alliance stronghold.

Now with the Alliance fighting on two fronts and division within the Horde, have Arthas push against all forces in Northrend.

Against this insanity, that's where the players have to infiltrate and destroy Arthas.

That shit would be epic.

Some how I don't think the writers are that epic.  Taking a look back at the history of the plots they produce for the game, every once in a while shit is REALLY good.  Most of the time its average at best.  Being pushed aside for pvp, game play and loot.

I am happy that frostmourne see plot rather than become loot.
