Where did you hear about [HDL]?

Why do you want to join [HDL]?
I am looking for a group of people that know what th ey are doing but are not elitist with mad(leet skills) I hear more and more people say they have. I have geared myself nicely on my own and have gotten to the point where I need a structured guild that does help(not carry) and can help me to improve my gameplay and character.
What is your guild membership history? Why did you leave or want to leave?
I had joined with Rip'N'It and came to realize that they are the group of people that talk about their (mad leet skills) and that they have to be the elite or get the fuck out of their guild. I play for fun and I do take my gameplay seriously but not at the expense of fun that alot of people have seemed to lose with this game. I am currently in a guild called BloodFist Requiem. They were actually the first guild I joined when I came back to WoW and they have always been good to me. They are not a raiding guild and tend to do more toon building then making their main character better. I will stay in contact with the people ive made friends with there but they cannot help me to improve my character or gameplay anymore then I have for myself.
What do you want from a guild?
A fun enviroment and a group of people that can help me to become a better player while having fun while doing it

Are you a Casual player, Raiding oriented player, or a PvP oriented player?  If you think you are a combination of any of those, what percentage of time would you spend on each?
i am a casual player/raiding player. My line of work does not have a set schedule so I raid when I can with whoever I can(Puggin)

I cannot. My work schedule is to all over the place to have dedicated set times 5 days a week.

What is your primary and secondary talent build? Which do you prefer?
My primary build is Retribution and my secondary is protection and I do prefer to DPS but I have been working hard at gearing for tanking so soon enough I will be comfortable with doing either at anytime.
What is your rotation for your primary and secondary builds?
Ret Rotation- Judgement of light/wisdom(depending on what im fighting and myself and my groups health/mana situation. Crusader strike, divine storm, consencration, exorcism, (I will send out holy wrath if I am fighting undead or other mobs that it can affect. Rinse and repeat. With my protection roation I have not yet gotten one down(this is where your critism will come in) but my rotation right now with it... not lettign you die =)
Explain your gear choices, including gems and enchants.
Right now I am geared with liadrins armor of conquest with mix of lightsworn armor. All my gems are strength and my enchanting on my char is only at 281(I know I need to improve it) but I have just the standard enchants on my armor as of right now like +wep dmg on weapon and smaller +STR on my armor.
What do you think of Gearscore?
Gearscore rates the time and effort you put into a character. Not the skill level at which you play your character.

What is the proper course of action: 1) Ignore the gnome and head to the instance, 2) Send a message to the guild of your find. flag immediately, and kill the gnome, leaving the PUG to wait, or 3) neither. If you selected 3, what course of action would you take?

world pvp, id rather know I was better at pvp with people on my realm then palying others on other realms that might spent their life to pvp in wow..

Im going to say.....Violet Hold, quick, easy badges and its in one area. My favorite boss fight would have to be   the new boss in VOA, only because he gives frost badges
