andddddd computer crash

Perfect time for my computer to crash...won't boot into windows since last night after it crashed during some virus scans. Boots into the win7 "starting..." screen but freezes and a slim discolored bar appears at the top, does the same thing when trying to boot into safe mode

Running chkdsk right now, already did a restore point and ran HDD regen which found nothing.
