IE users are going to be the type that stick with what they get. Take the sticker price, pay for it, move on. The powerusers of IE are going to hunt for their own rates.

There are two types of Firefox users. The first are those that followed the herd, and adopted Firefox late. They're the kind that think by using the Internet, they are getting a really good deal. You can cut them a small break and they'll eat it up. The second group, that have been using Firefox for a long time, will hunt for their own deals.

Chrome users are typically tech savvy users. They're going to be the kind that live on the Internet and will already know what the best rates are.

Safari on PC users are ones that downloaded it because they are developers, or iPhone, iPod, and iPad users that want to be fanboys, but won't make the leap. They'll be all over social networks looking for a good deal, so you have to cut them somewhat of a good deal, but not the best.

Safari on Mac also come in two categories. The first have recently moved to Mac OS. They'll be nearly like the IE users. The second are the fanboys that have been on the Internet for a long, long time. They'll already have done the best rate search and tweeted their friends.

Opera users will be Germans, Scandinavians, and pedophiles. They will want the best rate only on EU cars, or just want a beat up old van to paint CANDY on the side.
