Trying out Arcane

Gonna give Arcane a go in this next patch - did a bunch of reforging, we'll see how it pans out.  Looks good on the dummy so far but that's just a dummy - we'll see how things go when I have buffs/debuffs and can't stand still the whole time.

Recent Arcane changes:

• Arcane Blast cast time has been reduced to 2.0 seconds, down from 2.35 seconds. In addition, the stacking effect of Arcane Blast now increases the damage done by Arcane Explosion, and Arcane Explosion does not consume that effect.
• Arcane Explosion damage has been increased by 30%.
• Arcane Missiles damage has been increased by 13%.
• Arcane Barrage damage has been increased by 13%.
• Improved Arcane Explosion now also reduces the mana cost of Arcane Explosion by 25/50%.

Now, you know soon as the DPS starts getting out of control they're going to nerf it or buff fire/frost.

Frost got some buffs too, and depending if I enjoy arcane or not, I may give Frost a go as well.  Still have a Fire spec kicking around - it's not ideal for PvE but should work in a pinch for fights that we need heavy AoE.
