I think my mouse is on its last leg so I was hoping to get a few recommendations for a replacement.  I feel like my current mouse didn't last as long as it ought to have and I was never super happy with it.  At least 2 extra buttons and the middle mouse button/wheel are a must.

Thanks for your help!

I use a fairly simple mouse - meets your minimum specs, and is fairly cheap - the good ol' Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0.  Link

Not your top of the line gaming mouse, but it does fine for what I need it for.

I highly recommend the Logitech g500.  Tons of programmable buttons, nice size, customizable weight.  They also have a cordless version if that's what you prefer, but I'm not sure of that model number.
Play like ya got a pair.

I use the Logitech MX 518.

It is corded. It fits nicely in my hand. Two buttons at the thumb, mouse wheel is also a button. And while I'm not that fancy, you can have three different speed settings.

Do you know what "nemesis" means?
A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent;
personified in this case by a horrible cunt... me.

I use:
Razer Lachesis

I also use an older rev of these for feet:

I use:
Logitech g9 mouse

and the g15 keyboard

It took a little while to get used to it, but after doing so, I love my Razer Naga. It's really nice to have the option of 14 more keybinds at your thumb.
