Reputation enchants:

The Argent Crusade has the tanking head enchant when you hit revered.  The Quartermaster can be found at the Argent Vanguard.

The Sons of Hodir have the tanking shoulder enchant 1 at revered, and 1 at exalted.   The Quartermaster can be found at Dun Niffelem.

The rare shoulder inscriptions from Sons of Hodir are honored, not revered, just like Aldor/Scryer.

I have the Armsman chant just need to skill up so I can learn it.  When I buy chants from the vendors I'm buying ones for tanks and healers first so we can get them all geared up.  So if you've got any greens you don't mind sending my way, they'll be going right back to the guild.

The next patch brings a tanking weapon enchant: Enchant Weapon - Titanguard: Teaches you how to permanently enchant a melee weapon to increase Stamina by 75. Requires a level 60 or higher item.

Wonder if this'll work for dual-wielding DKs

Enchant Weapon - Blade Ward
5 sec cast
Tools:
Runed Titanium Rod
Reagents:
Abyss Crystal (4), Greater Cosmic Essence (8), Titansteel Bar
Permanently enchants a weapon to sometimes grant Blade Warding when striking an enemy.  Blade Warding increases your parry rating by 200 and inflicts 600 to 800 damage on your next parry.  Lasts 10 sec.

This enchantment requires the wielder is at least level 75.
