That's a good article.  Blizzard realized that its cash base is made primarily of folks who play WoW casually.  Those of us who have jobs and lives can't grind all day.  Meanwhile the guys who sit alone in dark rooms, listening to Dashboard Confessional and crying as they cut themselves (and play WoW all day), complain that now they can't even be special in the online world.  (Of course, let me add, most of them are playing Night Elves).
