Where did you hear about [HDL]?
As ashamed as I am to admit this .... in trade chat "... is now recruiting ..." spam.  But the name seemed REAL familiar so I went to the site and talked to him in tells a bit.

Why do you want to join [HDL]?
You seem to fit what I am looking for

What is your guild membership history? Why did you leave or want to leave?
We all have been a part of The Black Kninghts for almost 12 years now.  The guild just moved on from WoW almost 2 years ago.  We went with our guild's closest allies from back in our WoW Prime, Subatomic Particle, but they are not what they used to be.  They never run things together, they never do premades like they used to do, and you can't even get a "Hello" when you come into guild chat.  And most importantly, too many teenagers allowed into the guild acting very poorly in trade chat or in pug groups.

What do you want from a guild?
None of what I just stated about Subatomic.  And of course everything I stated in my thread linked up top.

Can you follow kill order?
In game and in real life (it's a cop joke)

Are you a Casual player, Raiding oriented player, or a PvP oriented player?  If you think you are a combination of any of those, what percentage of time would you spend on each?
50% PVP / 40% Casual / 10% Raid (me)
10% PVP / 60% Casual / 30% Raid (Trisha to my best guess)
20% PVP / 60% Casual / 20% Raid (Kris to my best guess)

Raiding Questions

Will you dedicate 5 days a week to raiding?
Absolutely not

If you answered ""Yes" to the question above, are you aware that [HDL] is not a hard core raiding guild?

Will you dedicate 2 nights a week to raiding?
All depends on my schedule

Are you willing to take/accept criticism to make you a better player?
I take more insults in a day that most take in a year.  Criticism is like a hug to me ;)

We do require Omen and Deadly Boss Mods. Do you have these installed?

What is your primary and secondary talent build? Which do you prefer?
Depends which 80.  My "main" is the pally and I have stayed Prot since level 30.  Only going Ret if it is an instance I have never done before and a guildie is tanking, so I can learn the place before trying to tank it.

What is your rotation for your primary and secondary builds?

Trying to get 540 D on my pally.  At 504 so far.  It all goes towards D and stam right now

PVP Questions

You are headed to run an instance with non-guildies when you spot a flagged gnome. What is the proper course of action: 1) Ignore the gnome and head to the instance, 2) Send a message to the guild of your find. flag immediately, and kill the gnome, leaving the PUG to wait, or 3) neither. If you selected 3, what course of action would you take?
2 .... and do an emote of "punts the gnome for a field goal"

A tea bag is 1) a small porous bag containing tea leaves or powdered tea, onto which boiling water is poured in order to make a drink of tea, or 2) a verb.

Do you prefer Battlegrounds, Arenas, or World PVP? Why?
World PVP.  We are transfers from a PVP server (had a kid, needed more AFK time so needed a carebear server).  I have played 9 MMORPGs in my lifetime and ALWAYS go for the PVP server.  I come from the hardest PVP backgrounds UO and AC Darktide.  I live for PVP.  Arenas seem pretty retarded to me.

What is your favorite battleground? Why?
I miss the good old 4 day AV battles

Rank in important to stack for an Arena battle: Resilience, Attack Power/Spell Power, Critical Strike, Hit Rating.
It used to be Resil when they first came out.  No clue now because I never did them more than maybe 3 times.

Social Questions

How would you rate yourself as a World of Warcraft player?
Been here since the CLOSED beta.  Quit during BC.  Came back in June of this year.  So pretty experienced.

Deadmines.  Boss fight ... Hogger for sure

Nope.  Sex is pretty hot.  Religion is pretty stupid.  Race, I prefer formula over stock cars, politics are annoying.

Figured I'd add a quick note here ...  I a currently playing Magicop the most.  He is my newest 80 and trying to get some gear on him etc.  Just in case anyone comes looking for me, that's most likely where to find me.

I don't think my wife's mindset mirrors that of mine in regards to women LOL.  And Kris is a pretty "good" guy.  He's sort of the Ying to my Yang (without the gay sound that just had to it).

I talked to Vitandus a few times already.  We talked extensively last night and a tiny bit while I ran the heroic today.  I finally got my tanking sword I needed, then logged out in anger as it was not in my bags when I returned to Dal (I was the only roll, I screen shot where it said "You won ....").   Now I am waiting on my petition to do nothing and frustrate me even more.

Anyways, I will be on around 4pm or so EST.  I normally don't play during the daytime, but my son decided I should be up at 7:50am this morning so I decided to hop on for the daily.

I will look someone up for a possible invite around that time.  Wife will be on most likely around 6pm, unless she cooks a bomb ass dinner (hint hint) then we'll both be back around 7pm LMAO

Kris, who knows.  He travels so much with work.  If all else fails he's coming to visit us for a week starting Saturday, so we'll snatch up some of his Ying at that time if need be ;)

Yeah, I've seen that happen before...States you won the roll but somehow the item manages to stay on the corpse.

I've also noticed that it will peg an item as busy and not hand it out if anyone is holding the loot window open when the roll resolves

If no, anyone wanna run some Heroic UP's with me?  I am not familiar enough with UP to tank it, but I really need that tanking sword to complete my outfit!
