Unfortunately, the BF + FoK + KS combo is only really fantastic against trash or like, the first part of the Grand Widow encounter.  It's largely worthless against bosses and Killing Spree has the nasty habit of putting you right in a boss's hit box, which for a rogue usually means death if they have any kind of cleave.

It's still fun to do, but it has limited utility in critical situations.

Also, for PvP.. don't forget from the last patch..

Fan of Knives: The damage done by this ability has been reduced by 30%.

Talents

Combat
Throwing Specialization: This talent no longer causes Fan of Knives to interrupt spellcasting.


So don't expect to interrupt any spellcasting with this... so if you're up against a spellcaster and you're  stealthed try Cheap Shot + Blade Fury + Killing Spree.. and kidney shot if they're not dead yet.. that should keep them stun-locked for a short time.  }:-)
