Where did you hear about [HDL]? I have been playing on this server for 5 years so I have always known about this guild.

Why do you want to join [HDL]? I would like to progress further in this game. Recently, it has been hard to progress into the higher end game content without a good guild, and I would be honored to be in a guild like HDL.

What is your guild membership history? Why did you leave or want to leave? The biggest guild I was in was Samurai Pizza Cats, who was started by members of an old guild called Gothic Horror (which was ran by my stepdad and his friend). I loved the guild with all my heart, playing with those people for what seemed like a lifetime, but I was not progressing. They had too many healers, and I would never get to go on raids. As much as I wanted to stay, I felt like if I stayed I would be at a dead end for a while so i thought it was in my best interest to find another guild. most of the guilds after that were not big, and generally fell apart shortly of me arriving. I hope you can see my frustration!

What do you want from a guild? Acceptance. Friendliness. I consider a good guild like a family. Guidance. Honesty. Loyalty. Trust. I can go on.

Can you follow kill order? Indeed.

Are you a Casual player, Raiding oriented player, or a PvP oriented player?  If you think you are a combination of any of those, what percentage of time would you spend on each? I choose not to pvp anymore. I am raid oriented but lately it has been hard to get there again, to my full potential, and find a guild who is accepting and willing to mold me into what I know I can be again.

Raiding Questions

Will you dedicate 5 days a week to raiding? As long as its after 6pm server time. I work during the day, off on weekends. If I have something come up and cannot show up, someone will definitely be notified of my absence.

If you answered ""Yes" to the question above, are you aware that [HDL] is not a hard core raiding guild? Yes, I understand that, and thats perfectly fine.

Will you dedicate 2 nights a week to raiding? Absolutely.

Are you willing to take/accept criticism to make you a better player? Absolutely. I ask for it.

We do require Omen and Deadly Boss Mods. Do you have these installed? I do not, but I can easily install them without a problem.

What is your primary and secondary talent build? Which do you prefer? My Primary is Holy, I have not dual specced yet. When I do, it will be Disc.

What is your rotation for your primary and secondary builds? None atm.

Explain your gear choices, including gems and enchants. Full T9, typical SP, Int, Spirit, MP5 enchants and gems. I know I could do better, but I get what I can afford.

What do you think of Gearscore? I think skill>GS, granted, I have a decently high GS (4.6k) but I still think skill is more important. You dont need a 5k GS to run naxx.....if you did there should be no reason as to why youre running that raid.


PVP Questions

You are headed to run an instance with non-guildies when you spot a flagged gnome. What is the proper course of action: 1) Ignore the gnome and head to the instance, 2) Send a message to the guild of your find. flag immediately, and kill the gnome, leaving the PUG to wait, or 3) neither. If you selected 3, what course of action would you take? Since I am Holy, I choose number 1, lol.

Do you prefer Battlegrounds, Arenas, or World PVP? Why? If I HAD to choose, it would be a battleground. Why? Because youre making me choose, lol. I dont like pvp, thats why i play on a PVE server.

What is your favorite battleground? Why? I really dont have one, although, I did like EOTS.

Rank in important to stack for an Arena battle: Resilience, Attack Power/Spell Power, Critical Strike, Hit Rating. HR, CS, SP, R?

Social Questions

How would you rate yourself as a World of Warcraft player? I am decent. I lack confidence to rate myself better, lol.

Does .Net suck? I dont know computers THAT well enough to judge, lol.

Please provide a perl script that will sort a CSV file by first column, then second, and then insert into a mysql database. This just made me go cross-eyed. I am not a computer programmer dammit, I went to Culinary school and I am a certified chef. Talk about something having to do with food, then we can talk!

What is your favorite instance? What is your favorite boss fight? Stratholme will always have a special place in my heart haha and I like the boss in Draktheron Keep, at the end....because hes different and so easy.

Are you easily offended? Is your hot button race, religion, sex, or politics? Not at all.

Are you aware the [HDL] is largely a collection of angry and cynical players and under-geared toons? Thats fine, it keeps things interesting....

Spinach, a pinch of saffron, 8 oz of chicken parts, and 2 cups of raw rice. Go.

what kind of rice? Basmati? Jasmine? I would say Basmati and you can totally make an indian type dish that is not a curry.

saffron goes in the rice, spinach with the chicken. maybe add some cream and spices. small diced potatoes. leave out the cream and maybe add some lemon.
