Addendum, 22 Dec 2008 - we are very full on DPS builds. If you are DPS, you will be on a longer rotation schedule than our tanks and healers.

You are headed to run an instance with non-guildies when you spot a flagged gnome. What is the proper course of action: 1) Ignore the gnome and head to the instance, 2) Send a message to the guild of your find. flag immediately, and kill the gnome, leaving the PUG to wait, or 3) neither. If you selected 3, what course of action would you take?

1) Unless the Gnome is actively snaking people I'm already committed to my PUG.

2) RAWR, if its a guild group you just take a vote and do what they want. Personally if I had the time I'd take the gnome out.
