Addendum, 22 Dec 2008 - we are very full on DPS builds. If you are DPS, you will be on a longer rotation schedule than our tanks and healers.

You are headed to run an instance with non-guildies when you spot a flagged gnome. What is the proper course of action: 1) Ignore the gnome and head to the instance, 2) Send a message to the guild of your find. flag immediately, and kill the gnome, leaving the PUG to wait, or 3) neither. If you selected 3, what course of action would you take?
Depends if I am the first one to the location and everyone else is far away then I have time to kill.  But if we are ready to run the instance I would just run the instance cause that is what I am there for.

Depends if a guildy flags I will help that guildy if we are ready to run the instance then I am doing that.  But if I want to kill a gnome I should go pvp or join a pvp realm.
